Administrative Control Panel
All administrative functions over the program's functions and options are controlled from the administrative control panel. To access and experience usage of the Support System v2.1 control panel, please click the link provided above. A sample administrator has been set up under the username of admin and password of pass.

Create a Ticket
A sample ticket creation page displaying the different aspects of the versatile Support System v2.1 ticketing system. Once you have created a ticket, we recommend entering the control panel in order to view the support staff ticket reply screen.

Create a Live Support Session
Allows you to access and test the Live Support system of Support System v2.1. Once you have created a live support session, we recommend entering the control panel in order to view the support staff chat window.
